Return & Refund Policy

At Lemi Couture, every outfit is custom-stitched after the order is placed, based on the size you select or the measurements you provide.
Because each piece is made specially for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or preference reasons.

However, your order is 100% protected in case of any genuine issue from our side.


When Returns / Replacements Are Allowed

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • You provide a continuous parcel opening video starting before opening the package

If eligible:

  • We will exchange or send a replacement within 7 days
  • If a refund is approved, it will be credited to your original payment method within 7 days

How to Request a Return / Replacement

  1. Record a clear parcel opening video (start before opening the tape)
  2. Take photos of the product and issue (if visible)
  3. Send the following to:

  • Your Order Number
  • Your Name
  • The Opening Video
  • Photos (if needed)
  • A short note describing the issue

Our support team will reply within 24 hours.


Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags
  • Packaging must be intact
  • If incorrect measurements were provided by the customer, return/replacement is not applicable
  • If the issue is due to customer-provided measurements, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer

Replacement / Refund Process

  • If the same product (size, design, fabric) is available, it will be replaced at no extra cost
  • If unavailable (fabric sold out / size ended), a refund will be issued

Refund Timeline

Once the returned item is received and approved:

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 working days

(Bank/UPI/Payment Gateway timelines may vary.)
