Every item is custom-stitched after the order is placed.

• Stitching / Preparation Time: 3 business days
• Dispatch Time: Within 5 business days from the order date

If there are any unexpected delays (festive rush, fabric restock, or courier issues), we will update you proactively.

2. Delivery Timeline

Your order will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.

• Most major PIN codes: 3 to 5 business days
• Remote or interior locations: 5 to 7 business days

Courier delays due to weather, holidays, or regional issues are beyond our control.

3. Order Tracking

After dispatch, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email so you can follow your shipment.

4. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout.

• If the order returns due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
